Q: If I order, what is the fastest delivery time to Japan?
A: If you order products from our Japan warehouse, delivery is possible in as little as 1-2 days. However, if shipping from our China warehouse, it varies depending on the destination, but generally, it takes 5 to 12 days to arrive.

Q: Is it possible to have no logo? Can I remove the logo and add an XX logo?
A: Yes, no logo is possible, but this is a special order, and the delivery time may be extended depending on the situation.

Q: How do I order rims?
A: ICAN rims are sold individually.

Q: I hear the lateral stiffness is weak. Is that true?
A: Regarding stiffness and safety, it meets standard levels. All products we have manufactured so far have passed tests (SGS tests) against international and domestic standards, so please be assured.
Q: Is there any information about heat?
A: The brake track of our Aero series wheels has improved heat resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 148℃. This is 16℃ higher than the equivalent in the FL series.
Q: Can it be assembled with disc brakes? Is it compatible with tubular tires?
A: Yes, disc-compatible specifications are available. It is also compatible with tubular tires.
Q: Is it possible to change the hubs and spokes? Can the end be changed to a 9x135mm quick-release end instead of a 12x142mm thru-axle? Is it possible to replace it with a Campagnolo freebody?

Q: I am considering purchasing a frame. Is it possible to paint it in my preferred color? Is it possible to have a frame with only paint? Is it possible to add an XX logo?
A: Yes, it is possible. It is also possible to add a logo, but we do not create logos for manufacturers other than ICAN, so we apologize for that and ask for your understanding in advance.
