Regarding changes or cancellations to your order

Customers can request a refund or change order information before the ordered product is shipped.

We cannot accommodate changes or cancellations to orders without ICAN's authorization. If approved, 30% (at least ¥15,000) of the purchase amount may be charged to cover restocking and operational costs. If a refund is issued due to customer convenience and the item has been manufactured, the customer will be required to pay a certain amount in fees.

Cancellations made after the product has been shipped will be treated as "returns" subject to all applicable fees. Please refer to our product return policy.

※For custom orders, if canceled before shipment, 50% of the purchase amount may be charged. If canceled after shipment, in addition to the 50% charge, the customer will also be responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Claim for Damaged or Lost Package

Please inspect the package carefully before signing.

(1) If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report it on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment, and it will be returned to ICANJP. If a claim is made against the carrier, a compensation number will be provided. Please contact ICANJP with this number for delivery tracking. Reshipment arrangements will be made within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

(2) If the product is damaged but accepted and not reported, we cannot rely on the shipping company, and you will be responsible for purchasing a replacement product.

(3) If the package is in good condition but the product is significantly damaged during transit, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc., and contact us within 7 days of delivery (service1@icanjp.com).

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately (service1@icanjp.com).

  

Bicycles, Frames, and Wheel Rims come with a 2-year free warranty.

ICAN (Aikan) guarantees products against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, ICAN will replace or repair (if possible) defective parts.

All ICAN frames and components have a useful product lifecycle.
Frames and wheel rims come with a unique identification number and a warranty card. Please fill out the provided card and warranty certificate and send them to us.
Failure to use the provided warranty certificate will invalidate the warranty. Please keep your dated receipt as proof of purchase date.

What is covered
Frames and wheel rims

Applicable to all ICAN and Triaero bicycle frames, FL Series, AERO Series, and Nova Series rims.

Warranty period: 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

If a manufacturing defect occurs within 90 days from the date of purchase, a new rim can be replaced. If the warranty item cannot be repaired, we will replace the warranty item and pay for round-trip shipping. If a manufacturing defect occurs from 91 days to 3 years, a new rim can be replaced, but the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

If the purchased rim is no longer manufactured, we will upgrade it to an equivalent, newer model at no additional charge.

This warranty applies only to the original owner and is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser.

The following actions are not covered by the warranty:
・Misuse (jumping, trick riding, etc.)
・Product modification
・Use with tire pressure exceeding 140 psi
・Improper assembly
・Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the wheelset sold.
・Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels

The following are not covered by the warranty:
・Wear and tear from use (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake shoes, tires, pawls, inner tubes, freehub body, seals, rim tape, etc.)
・Improperly installed or adjusted products.
・Problems caused by insufficient maintenance or lack of maintenance.
・Replacement products provided free of charge after a quality issue occurs
・All other bicycle components
・Indirect or incidental damages (if applicable)

1-year free warranty for bicycle parts and accessories
Forks, seatposts, stems, handlebars, saddles, headsets, hubs, cranksets, and all other ICAN components not listed above.

You must send photos of cracked or damaged products to the ICAN factory for analysis.
Note: All ICAN products are warranted under normal use.

If a frame or wheelset is deemed damaged or broken due to excessive use by the owner, the warranty for those parts will be void. However, ICAN may offer a discount on replacement parts.
Freehub bodies, spokes, etc., are consumables and have a 6-month quality warranty.

※If you request a return or exchange for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding costs. All fees related to returns will be borne by the customer.

If the purchased item was shipped from China

You will need to pay for round-trip shipping and transportation costs.

If the purchased item was shipped from an overseas warehouse

Supplementary rules regarding refunds:

Once a refund request is approved, we will process the refund promptly within 5 business days.

The refund amount will be based on the actual amount received, and we are not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred during your refund process.
