High-performance D91 hub (with 45T star ratchet system)
The latest D91 hub incorporates a 45T star ratchet system, replacing the 6-pawl system used in the conventional D21 hub.
Additionally, we introduced a proprietary design for the Shimano-compatible freebody, achieving weight reduction while maintaining rigidity.
As a result, it is approximately 90g lighter compared to the D21 hub.

The 45T star ratchet system, equipped with S&S steel bearings, ensures smooth rotation performance and extended lifespan.
It maintains stable drive performance even in adverse conditions such as mud and rain, surpassing standard bearings.

Aerodynamic & lightweight with Sapim CX-Ray spokes

Sapim CX-Ray spokes are used to reduce wind resistance and overall weight.
Furthermore, Sapim Secure-Lock nipples prevent loosening under vibration, providing stable riding performance.
