Important Notice Regarding Prevention of Fraudulent Orders

Recently, fraudulent orders in online shopping have been on the rise, and ICANJP has also experienced similar damages, resulting in losses worth several million yen. To prevent such fraudulent orders, we will implement the following measures starting January 1, 2025.

【Measures against fraudulent orders】

1. Identity verification
   After placing an order, we may contact you by phone or email to verify your identity (which may include requesting submission of identification documents).

2. Credit card information verification
   We may ask you to confirm the last 4 digits of your credit card, its expiration date, and the cardholder's name (please send a photo with the first 12 digits of the card number hidden).

3. Contact information verification
   If we are unable to reach you using the email address or phone number provided at the time of your order, we may cancel the order.

4. Response based on past transaction history
   We may decline your order based on your past transaction history.

5. Response to fraudulent order detection
   If our fraudulent order prevention system detects a fraudulent order, we may cancel the order.

Please note that we cannot disclose the reasons for detecting fraudulent orders.

Additionally, if the order information contains items matching a fraudulent order or if any deficiencies or suspicious points are found, we may cancel the order and ask you to re-order via bank transfer. Thank you for your understanding.
