■Delivery and Shipping Fees


Orders are usually shipped within 3 to 5 business days.
Delivery is generally expected within 6-14 days after the scheduled shipping date.
Shipping may take longer if there is a high volume of orders or if hemming is required. Also, delivery may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or the customer's residential area.

If the scheduled shipping date is later than the date provided at the time of your order, we will notify you by email on the day after the scheduled shipping date.

■Notification after shipment completion

Once shipping is complete, we will send you an email with the shipping completion notification from our store,
including the tracking number (package slip number) of the delivery company.

■Receiving your product

If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will receive a "Missed Delivery Notice," but if the storage period expires, the product will be automatically returned.
We cannot resend returned products, so please reorder if you wish to receive the product.
If you specify a desired delivery date, the package storage period at the delivery office will be shorter, so please be sure to receive it on the specified date.

If the product is returned, it will be treated as a return due to customer's convenience, and the amount refunded will be minus shipping and handling fees.
